What if the title isn't clear and/or there are other names, liens, or encumbrances on the land?We evaluate properties that have liens or that don’t have clear title on a case-by-case basis. Often the attorneys that we work with are able to resolve liens and title issues so that we’re still able to purchase the property (although it can delay the sale process).

How are back taxes or dues on my land property handled?When selling your land to us, there’s no need for any upfront payments. Any outstanding back taxes or dues will be part of our negotiation process before we finalize an agreement. If there are indeed unpaid taxes or dues, those amounts can be subtracted from the eventual closing price. In certain instances, particularly when the outstanding taxes or dues are minimal, we may proactively cover them to simplify the process for you. The crucial point is that you will never be required to use your own funds when selling your land property to us.
